163 Retail Park is a pets friendly mall.
Except Lower Ground 1, Lower Ground 2 and enclosed area (Eg. Lift). Whereby pets required to be in carrier.
However, certain tenants/outlet would have their own restriction for pets. So you may kindly check with the respective tenants/outlets in pets policy.
Please kindly note that Pets Owner obligates to clear and remove the pet excretion in proper manner during the visit.

As long as pet is inside the stroller/carrier can go to anywhere in our premises other than tenants/outlets which some of the outlet would have their own restriction for pets.
