PETS FRIENDLY POLICY
・2 pets per room(dogs or cats)
・Must be cleaned, well groomed, completely fleas & ticks free
・Keep your pet leashed at all time when you leave your room
・All pets must be accompanied by their owners in public areas
・Pet dogs must wear diapers when in the room
・No pets on furniture (bed, table..etc)
・No grooming No bathing
・Pets waste will be cleaned & will be disposed of by their owners immediately in secured disposable bags
・Not rob leave pets UNATTENDED. Take your pets with you when you’re out
・All equipments required for the pets are provided by the guests. No equipment including Hotel bathtub, towels, linen, or bowls to be used for their pets
・Any use of hotel equipment ie linen / bowl for their pets will be charged RM30 per item
・Any damage caused by the pets shall be charged to the registered guest’s accounts for the damage and loss
・The Management and service staff shall not be liable for any loss, injuries, or illness of any pets for any reason whatsoever shall not liable for any loss, injuries of pets for any reason whatsoever
